We have two tasks to achieve today. One is to visit another type of search tool. Mahalo is a very different type of search tool which is created by real people who actually check out websites and add them to Mahalo. There are some extra things that you get such as Guide Notes and Fast Facts.
Try this, type in the word Olympics
What do the Guide Notes say? what are the Fast Facts?
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. What do you notice in the section that headed add link. What do you think this means?
Make a note of this search tool as you will be adding it to your searching page.
Check out this new type of Search Tool as well. It's one where you can search for something, then quickly review pages by clicking on them. You can create a Stack of sites from your search so that you can come back to them later. But if you log off I think you might lose them.
